Ubuntu reacts to unconstitutional decision of the SA Government

The following letter was sent on behalf of Ubuntu, by Annie Robb, to the South African Human Rights Commission.

We received a response that the matter will be placed on the agenda for the next meeting of commissioners.

We urge the SAHRC to speak out strongly against this decision of the South African government, to issue a statement condemning this decision and to clearly reaffirm the principles of our Constitution that guarantees freedom from discrimination based on sexual orientation.
